“This first milestone was made possible thanks to the award of a new ITP contract with Norwegian Air Shuttle,” VP Commercial and Business Development Rupert Hone noted. “We very much appreciate Norwegian’s confidence in selecting Skytanking to perform their ITP services and supporting our entry into OSL.”
Skytanking was awarded the intoplane fuelling contract in August and had about 90 days to execute the market entry, including the commissioning of five electric hydrant carts. Skytanking plans to leverage its presence at OSL to continue to expand its service footprint in the region.
“Congratulations to everyone involved and thank you for your dedication in making the start up a success,” Rupert added. “Our focus now shifts to ensuring it remains a safe and reliable operation.”
