Skytanking, Indian Oil and Indian Oiltanking are Awarded the Aviation Fuel Facility Concession for the New Bangalore International Airport
Skytanking today announced that it has been awarded the aviation fuel concession for the new Bangalore International Airport, which is due to open in 2008. Skytanking, in a consortium with Indian Oil Corporation and Indian Oiltanking, beat four other bidders to secure the 20-year concession to design, finance, construct and operate the aviation fuel storage and hydrant system at the airport. Each of the consortium members will take a one third share in the venture.

Skytanking Announces the Purchase of a Controlling Stake in Belgian Fuelling & Services Company
Skytanking today announced that it has purchased a controlling stake in Belgian Fuelling & Services Company (BFSC). The shares were purchased from the Trustees of Sabena in bankruptcy by Skytanking’s Belgian subsidiary, Merlin Fuel NV, which currently provides aviation fuelling services at Ostend-Brugge International Airport.
